The season begins for all 130 Flying Circus club members, as vaulters now move into the PUSH PHASE...... the zone of adrenaline and the rush of the competitive spirit. The 'hay-is-in-the-barn' for the winter...... the summer and fall work is about to show up for everyone who focused and prioritized the progressive work ethic....... let's go have some fun together!!!!!!!!!!!

Winter Vault Package POD #1 has two more weeks of classes and ends on December 18. Our POD#2 Vault Training Package begins on Monday December 29-February 8 and we still have a few spots to fill.. If interested in those 6-week weekday vaulting sessions...contact Coach Tim St Lawrence at coachst@gmail.com. for all details.
Winter Holiday Vault-Mania Meets will be a blast during the break between POD #1. and POD #2 for all levels of athletes. Join us. for some meet fun during that break period.
